Every heart metric Apple Health records — exported.
From heart rate to ECG records, HRV, VO₂ Max, blood oxygen, and blood pressure, Heart Data Exporter reads it all from Apple Health and preserves each reading’s source and metadata.

Faithful to Apple Health — including the metadata
Heart Data Exporter does not just copy values. For each reading it preserves the provenance Apple Health exposes — the source app, the recording device, the sample’s UUID, the exact interval, and any metadata — so your export is a complete record, not a lossy summary. Empty or absent metrics are shown honestly as “no data,” never as a fabricated zero.

Frequently asked questions
Can I export my Apple Watch ECG records?
Yes. Heart Data Exporter exports your ECG records with their date, Apple’s own rhythm classification (such as Sinus Rhythm or Atrial Fibrillation), the average heart rate during the recording, and whether symptoms were logged. The classification comes straight from Apple — the app adds no judgment of its own.
Can I export HRV and VO₂ Max history?
Yes. Heart rate variability (SDNN) and VO₂ Max are both exported with their full sample history, statistics, and monthly aggregates, in any format you choose.
What about blood pressure and blood oxygen?
Both are exported when present in Apple Health. Blood pressure is read as paired systolic/diastolic readings (for example from a connected cuff); blood oxygen (SpO₂) is exported as a percentage.
Where does this data come from?
From Apple Health on your iPhone. Most of it is recorded by an Apple Watch, but Apple Health also stores readings from other apps and connected devices — Heart Data Exporter reads whatever is there, and preserves the source of each reading.
